What happens if I make a reservation and I have to cancel my trip?

Just a quick note to say thanks for the top quality service. The apartment was excellent and Sveta (whose visits we always looked forward to!) really looked after us well.

We probably could have done with a little more time as we were just starting to get the hang of things when it was time to go home, so didn't really make full use of our time in Moscow…
