This beautiful studio apartment is located in the center of Moscow on the Garden Ring between ulitsa Karetny Ryad and ul. Tverskaya, the main route from Red Square to Sheremetyevo airport. It’s between the historic and beautiful Metro Mayakovskaya where Stalin held many rallies and meetings during World War II and Metro Tsvetnoy Bulvar, which is near the Old Moscow Circus.

As you enter the apartment, you’ll immediately notice the new hardwood parquet floor and the large windows and balcony with a view over the Garden Ring and the Northern part of Moscow.

The cozy marble bathroom has a heated towel rack and a tub with a shower.
There are many restaurants and clubs in the nearby area, as well as several supermarkets and the metros are within easy walking distance. Just to name a few of the nearby restaurants, you’ll find The American Grill, Starlight Diner, Il Patio, Zin (an upscale wine bar/restaurant), SunSet and Pekin. At the same time, it’s only a short walk from the apartment to the Pushkin Square area with its many restaurants and clubs. Just a few steps away, the Mayakovskaya metro is only two stops from Red Square and the Bolshoi Theater or the Tsvetnoy Bulvar metro is only two stops away from the Arbat/Old Arbat area. The Kremlin, Bolshoi Theater, Arbat, Red Square and the entire city is accessible in only a few minutes from the apartment.
The entrance is a typical Russian entry and is clean, but it’s scheduled to be remodeled in the very near future.
